Ian Hua is a Junior at The MacDuffie School and is currently the Copy Editor for The Magnet. He joined The Magnet in his sophomore year as a senior staff writer, and has enjoyed his experience thus far. Aside from his duties on The Magnet he enjoys his classes, especially Latin. Outside of school Ian likes playing baseball, running, hiking, camping, and snowboarding. If he must be inside, he also enjoys reading books and finding ways to entertain his four siblings. On top of everything, Ian is also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints along with his family. Even when life gets him down he tries to keep smiling and remember the famous line from Vergil's Aeneid- "forsan et haec olim meminisse iuvabit." Well, that or one of Michael Kay's home run calls-- "2-2 to Judge. There it goes.... see yah! Oh, my, put it into orbit!"
