Alison Jackson is currently a tenth grader in her second year at MacDuffie. She is new to The Magnet staff this year, and is looking forward to contributing to MacDuffie’s student-run newspaper. She is very passionate about writing, and is excited to apply her skills in a way that benefits the community through producing articles for The Magnet. During her first year at MacDuffie, Alison was involved in the Key Club, as well as Mock Trial and the spring theater production. A few of her hobbies outside of academics include reading, fashion, running, and theater. However, Alison spends a great amount of time doing school work, as she is very concerned with earning good grades, with the hopes to go to a prestigious university in the future.
