I recommend doing something that you enjoy like reading a good book, watching your favorite show, or taking a bubble bath! It’s okay to take a break from school or other stressors and just focus on you. Maybe consider even dropping some of those stressful things in your life if it’s too overwhelming for you. Always take care of yourself first!

Firstly, you should try to understand the root of your fear. For example, you may be afraid of rejection or getting your heart broken. Once you’re able to pinpoint your actual fear, you need to overcome that first. For example, you may need to work on your confidence and self-image before you are ready to be in a relationship.
